Ordinary orders are ready within 5 days. Have an emergency? Urgent service returns your garments the next evening — this depends on the time they reach us, whether you prefer a store drop-off or have us collect them, by 3:30 pm. A precise date for collection or delivery will be provided ahead of time.
Drop off your garments at the store. Our team inspects each item at drop-off, notes any stains or special requirements, and gives you the bill with the ready date. Please bring this bill along with you during collection.
Yes — we clean sofa covers, curtains, blankets, duvets, and pillow covers. Remove them and bring them in. We do not offer on-site sofa cleaning.
Yes. Ironing is complimentary with every wash. You collect clothes that are clean and ready to wear.
